6. My product arrived damaged – what should I do?
Oh no! 😢 Please write to us immediately with photos at [ shopatprophanie@gmail.com ] so we can find a solution quickly—of course, you'll get a replacement or your money back.

You can find all care instructions directly in the product description. Basically: Wash gently, keep jewelry dry, and don't overload your bags—treat your pieces with love.
