1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop Prophanie .

2. Contracting parties & conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Stephanie Ajayi, Elisabethinergasse. By completing the order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation.

3. Prices & Shipping
All prices are in EUR including VAT. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

4. Payment
Payment by credit card, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal etc. is possible.

5. Delivery
Delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days. You will be notified of any delays.

6. Right of withdrawal
You can cancel the contract within 14 days. See details below.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty & Liability
Statutory warranty law applies. We are not liable for minor negligence.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Start of period: from the day on which you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal , you must inform us (Stephanie Ajayi, Elisabethinergasse, email: shopatprophanie@gmail.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel, we will refund all payments (excluding additional delivery costs) within 14 days at the latest. You will bear the return shipping costs yourself, unless we have agreed otherwise.
